According to my Knowledge and Research there are some ways which will help you to find Company Environment before interview. So that ways are following:

1. First step is to search the company name in Google.(just like below screen shot).


2. Than next step to read the Google review's as in the upper screen shot image this company total 85 Google review's and analysis themselves about the company after reading all review's because these will very helpful for know about company environment.


3. Another most helpful method for know company environment is to read the company complaints which was somehow given by company employees or client.

• For get this you can simply search for company name complaint in Google.(e.g: sparx it solutions complaints).
• Another way is to search company name in complaint board website.(just like below screen shot).
